Terms & Conditions
Last revised: 3 June 2026
These terms apply to the use of netsmart.help and to every tailoring commission accepted by Seamcraft Bespoke Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202101034872 (1428309-K)), Block C-2-15, Perdana Business Centre, Jalan PJU 8/3A, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Placing a commission means you accept them.
1. Appointments
The atelier operates strictly by appointment. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to your request with a date and time. If you cannot attend, please give at least twenty-four hours' notice; repeated unnotified absences may require prepayment for future bookings.
2. Quotations and payment
Every commission begins with a written quotation, valid for thirty days. Work starts after you approve the quotation and pay a deposit of fifty percent; the balance is due at collection. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. Cloth reserved for your commission is purchased against your deposit and cannot be returned to the mill.
3. Fittings and delivery dates
Quoted delivery periods assume you attend fittings as scheduled; postponed fittings extend the delivery date by at least the same interval. Where a garment is commissioned for a fixed event and the date is confirmed in writing, we guarantee completion before that event or the making charge is waived.
4. Fit guarantee
If a finished garment does not fit at collection, we adjust it at no charge. Adjustments arising from later changes in weight or posture are chargeable at standard alteration rates. Your pattern remains our working document; we retain it so future commissions repeat the corrected fit.
5. Client property
Garments brought in for alteration remain your property and are handled with care, but items left uncollected for more than ninety days after notification may be donated. Please point out sentimental or fragile elements at the assessment so they can be documented.
6. Website use
The content of netsmart.help — text, images and layout — belongs to Seamcraft Bespoke Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. The site is provided in good faith without warranty that it is error-free. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without our written confirmation.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any commission is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls to the jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor. We would rather fix a garment than argue about one, so please raise problems with us first at [email protected].
